How does billing work?
As soon as you tell us how many license you need to start with, we’ll send you billing invoice, typically or through Square or something similar. Currently our billing work in annual subscription-based. But you can always make changes as you see fit. Just reach out to us with any questions or changes.
How fast can we install the tool?
If we move fast, we can get it done in 24 hours. But for in most cases, let say 2~3 business days to process everything, make choices, payment & etc.

Can I swap out the website as needed?
Absolutely, while we do charge you for the year license to keep your price lower, you have full control over the domains. Meaning if you started with 3 licenses for websites, A, B & C. You can always cancel C and put that license on D. Just FYI, when you do this, you will need to install new code on the new website (D).
Can I get FREE trial?
Do you provide a free trial? Yes, we’ll offer 14-day free trial for registered wholesalers. But honestly, the ‘free trial’ doesn’t do much nor is it effective since it takes about a week for an AI-powered tool to scan your website anyway… And you’re only protected when the tool is working properly on your website.

For monthly plans, you’ll get credit for the first 5 month; we expect most people will opt for an annual plan which you’ll get credit for the whole first-year payment.
